Point Of View Apartments

Going down hill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003 1 response   Ive lived at POV for 2 and a half years so far and its time to get out of there. The management of the facility has gone down hill rapidly in the past six months. Most of the problems can probably be attributed to the crappy management by Dunmire. It looks like a classic case of forget the people and property to make a buck or three more. This would be a really nice place if the owners would get off their duffs and put some money into MUCH needed work. And if theyd get rid of the drug dealing/abusing idiots that seem to populate some of the apartments.
