Point Of View Apartments

Welcome to HELL!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   We lived at Point of view for 2 1/2 years. The first year it was ok for our first apartment we where in the back so we didnt get bothered. Then we made the mistake of moving to a different building it was like living in hell the kids there are rude and dont care what they destroy or what they do. There was also people coming and going at every hours of the day. There was drugs and loud mucsic at all hours of the day. Neighbors are rude and creepy. No parking because all the -------- have more than the limit of cars that dont run and your not suppost to fix in the parking lot but the do. Dont use the washers or dryers on site the rude kids decided to pour soda in the dryer after i washed clothes. We live by the broken pool mold started growing because they never bothered to clean it out. We had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom that managment did nothing about. It is a real crappy place to live. We broke our lease only six months into the second apartment couldnt take it anymore. Maintance sucks office staff doesnt care. Run dont move in you will regreat it. Also rent verys ever month depends on what managment want to charge you.
