Hey little miss renters beware. You're just mad because your brother got nailed , yes all the way out in California. When all else fails read the flippin lease. Even if your brother had stayed to the end of his lease he still would have to give management a 30 day notice in writing. Again read the lease!! Even if a manager did tell you everythings fine ( READ THE LEASE )
I've lived here at the Point of View apts. for over 3 years and though it's not the Broadmore it's taken care of every day by the staff. They have always treated me and my family the same as we treat them, and I am very bothered by the way someone like you who ever you are can be allowed to post crap for everyone to read!!!! Well now here's my version posted about you. Stay in California where you fit in. You're welcome

Hey there, ANONYMOUS. Nope, I'm not mad at all. Just shocked how property management can allow tenants to actually live in their f'cked up units in filth. Glad to be back in Long Beach, Cali. really! Let me ask you something, though. When you read my review did you actually understand it? Or are you just wanting to post a response just for the heck of it to score one for the POV, and feel proud of it so more idiots like you get lured into signing their lives away trapping themselves in that God forsaken place? Let me tell you something, ILLITERATE. Believe me, I read the lease why do you think we dropped everything and drove to Colorado to tell that dumb a$$ at the front desk what the whole situation was. My brother was in the hospital incoherent which means "unable to express yourself clearly or fluently" if you don't understand English! He was unable to write a 30 day advance notice to the property managers. Unless they wanted it in chicken scratch with ---- on it. We gave her notice by phone from the hospital and it was mutually agreed that it would suffice as a notice of termination. Stupid is as stupid does---why don't you go back to school and get your GED. You don't know me and you weren't even there so STFU! Look around you and look at where you live and you feel good about that place??? Gee...it tells me a lot about you already. ***shakes head***

why would the manager say everything is alright when it isnt? just doesnt make any sense. i think you have some idiotic people in management to advise your clientele of something when it is not true. maybe you guys need a new staff. glad to hear this is all said and done with, now the cali person can go on about her way, and the idiotic people at the apartments can either hire a new knowledgeable staff or stay at a dead end loser job. good riddens. whew! now, stop blog slaying eachother!
