Good Times and Bad Times

I have lived here for 3 and half years. It is a very nice community and the past staff was great. However, I am not so happy with this management company. #1 The got rid of the security patrol. Now if you have a problem call police. #2 rent increases every year- no props to the person that decides to stay. #3 They do not deal with noisy tenants- nope, they want you to call the police and then do a write up and turn in to the office. #4 assigned parking- kiss this good bye, I have had so many people park in my place and when the office is confronted on this, they say it can not be towed for 24 hours. #5 if you have a pet, be aware ! if you are the responsible tenant who always cleans up after your animal be prepared to be critized. In stead of dealing with selected individuals, Management will put out flyers to everyone in the community. #6 INSPECTIONS - Instead of budgeting effectively and estimatingm this company will have an inspection about every 9 months. They will come into your place after notice and say that they are looking for things that may need to be repaired in the coming year. If you are a private person who don't care for intrusion be aware.... # 7 Safety - Dark parking lots even after upgrades continue to be a concern especially at night for females. #8 High Utilities - last winter 1 bill was 200.00 for the month- when asked about why one room never receives heat- i was told to just leave the door open because blown heat does not reach the room. The windows require plastic to help keep out the cold. Neighbor had to beg for months to have her windows replaced.
Ofter all, not a good long term place to live at.
