Quail Cove Apartments

Beautiful place to live in SW Colorado Springs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been a resident for over 3 years. I feel in love with the place as I drove by Quail Lake. The property is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. I had shopped many apartments in that area and they were the only office people who showered me with attention from the moment I walked in the door. Such friendly, smiling people. I felt at home and leased the same day. The grounds are always clean. Any time there is something broken the staff is there same day. The snow is always sholved. I love the pool, the fitness center, the holiday parties and football events. Place is almoost perfect. The only bad thing is parking for a guest. I have a covered carport and its FREE but anybody who visits me has to park 5 buildings away. It can be scary at night but other then that I will live here forever. I recommend to friends and co-workers. Thank you Quail Cove OFfice Staff for the wonderful hospitality.
