I have lived at Quail Cove for two years now and have to say that it is probably the best apartment community that I have ever lived at. What drew me to live here, and kept me here was the secluded location next to a sparkling lake brimming with fish, the polite and attentive office staff, extra clean ammenities and the quiet solitude of my lakeside apartment. Every morning I enjoyed exercising in the well-equipped fitness room. Afterward, the steaming, and so-clean-you-could-eat-out-of-it, hot tub soothed away my cramps and weariness. Every morning, early, I would see the maintenance coming and going during my workout, and every time I needed ANY kind maintenance, they were there the same day. Last March, my water heater went out and I got same-day service, almost same-hour service. The Supervisor was in my apartment about an hour and a half after I called the service line and repaired the water heater in a matter of minutes. I was so suprised and pleased that I wanted to give him a tip, but he politely declined, saying that he was just doing his job. I have also seen him out in the wee hours of the morning after a snowstorm shoveling the sidewalks long before anyone has the chance to tromp through the snow. Frankly, if I could, I would give this place a 10 rather than a 5. But, I will just have to live with this limited rating system. Awesome place!!!!
