New management sucks

The location when I first moved here was great, the grounds were well kept and green. Theyve since turned brown and dirt is showing through in the lawns now.
The apartments themselves are decent. New enough to work, but showing age in certain spots (particularly the bathroom). The vaulted cielings in the upper floor models are nice.
Its pretty quiet, and the nearby park is nice for a quick jog or whatnot. Albertsons is right next door which is nice for a quick bit of grocery shopping. As is a couple video rental places. (Walking distance).
The new management is by far the worst Ive ever met. They seem to go out of their way to ignore any requests you have, particularly maintenance requests. The sauna has never worked since Ive been here, and the hottub is frequently dirty or cold. Lots of kids in the tiny pool, too, so dont plan on mid-day swimming.
If you can avoid the office staff as much as possible, the place is quiet and pretty decent to live in.
