Quail Run Apartments

Just O.K. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I agree with most of all the other commenters on this page. I think that the grounds are nice, I think that the apartment is kept up pretty well with just a few minor problems. When I first moved into this apartment earlier in 2005, the apartment that I moved into had been vacant for quite some time, and obviously neglected. There were several things that needed to be maintenanced, over and over again. Unfortunately the maintenance staff could not get things right the first time. The parking is also a big issue because my next door neighbor parks like 5-6 spaces up the row than I do. The management have also made several mistakes with rent payments not being posted properly. They are very nice but can't seem to get their stuff together. I do like my apartment but the maintenance and management need to be fixed tremendously.
