I had a horrible Experience with Quail Run, specifically with the management company, Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. The apartment that I rented for 6 months was absolutely disgusting and had a fungus growing in the carpet. I had to seek medical attention for my pet and myself. At this point, I hired an attorney and a private investigator to ābreak my leaseā. Melanie (General Manger) agreed to break the contract; however, she soon went back on her word. Sentinel Real Estate Corporation and Quail Run both lack business ethics and are very unprofessional by putting their residentās health aside in order to turn a profit.

Would never rent from Sentinel Real Estate Corporation.

I remember you at the pool talking about this with me and two guys. Didn't the story go something like, you had an illlegal pet for two months which could have brought in the fungus (they are a top carrier) then you brought it the manager's attention the day after you decided to pay your fee's. Funny how with your PI and your attorney you still finished out your lease. I think you told me that you didn't want to leave, you would be satisfied with new carpet and a new washer and dryer. Or maybe that was the beer you were drinking in the pool that made you say it. Watch who you talk to. I've live here for over 6 years and I don't ever plan on leaving till I buy a house.
