Resort At University Park

Do not rent here!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved to the Resort in 2005 and the staff and maintenance and grounds were awesome. Since then mgmt and maint have changed over and the apts are not an A property anymore and not worth the money. The Apt manager is rude and has run this place into the ground. You do not get what you pay for here and the staff is rude and uncaring. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
