I have lived at this apartment community for a very long time now, I don't think that I will ever leave. From the day that I first came to look at the community I was in love. The apartment complex is in University Park, which if you have seen or priced any of the homes in the area... PRETIGOUS!!! You come up this hill that comes to a dead end where the apartment complex is and when I pulled up I was instantly impressed. The staff was very knowledgable about the property and thier compettition without being negitive, which I find impressive. The apartment itself is hugh and seems to be sound proof. You might hear the pipes everyonce in a while but come on in what apartment will you not hear that' I have only had to have mt dishwasher replaced, and that was done the same day!! As far as safety, I walk my 10 pound dog a midnight throught the community some times and I feel fine. I have left my purse in the car mistakenly a few times and nothing has happened. I read on another review that the police frequent here, but that is because at least one lives here... he's my neighbor! The breakfast is amazing there is always hot food and sometimes they do run out but how much FREE food can you expect them to supply, its not the staffs fault that people are rude and inconsiderate...I think it is great they put forth the efforts to have the events they have. I have renewed my lease a million times and plan to renew a million more, I was inveited to a "renewal" dinner where I signed my new lease and then enjoyed dinner on them. And when you renew they get your carpet cleaned or offer some other wonderful gifts. Please dont be fooled by the negitive reviews, because no one mentions when things are great!

Paula , I am Lamar ( 74 ) . I live here with my son Mark ( Downs Syndrome - 40 ) and I agree with you 100% .. We have lived here since March 8 , 2007 .. Ashley and Sky are like daughters to me and Mark adores them .. Henry is like a brother and so is Bob..I will never understand the complaints..I feel like you , when I leave it will be feet first ..Take care neighbor .. God Bless ..
