Lived here for 2 years so far and its been primarily a disappointment since. As you've read in all the negative reviews..they have alot of work to do. The pool is NOT year around and the jacuzzi is normally not working or "get worked on". Drafty rooms bigtime..which led to 100 heating bills during fall/winter. People DONT pick up after their dogs. The rent is overpriced due to the school district and nice location enjoyed by home owners near by. Rent was raised 50-60$ every 6 mnths and you will get hammered on your rent payment if its late. Havent had any vandalism problems, during winter months ALOT of ppl had frozen/ruptured pipes and went without water/sewage for several days. Security gates worked the first cpl months I was here, never since. The clubhouse is very nice and appealing when you see it in the brouchures and online, but then again how much time do you spend there' Pool is nice during the cpl months it was open during the summer.
