Wow I thought I was the only person that had trouble with management. They don't enforce any rules (not putting trash out on unspecified days, dog ---- all over the place, parking is a problem)They charge a premium price for what feels ghetto. For some odd reason, rent goes up about 80 each renewal term. THIS PLACE IS A MESS Don't be fooled by the big houses surrounding this dump. Also, the clean up crew/handy men crew is a little creepy
