Having lived here for many years, in three different floorplans (one groundfloor) has me wonder about the previous reviews. Especially concerning the staff. Sandy, Lori,Tina and the maintenance crew have not done anything illegal. I was notified about the office break in the very next day and the following day all locks were changed. As far as maintenance requests, mine are always completed within a two day period, unless a replacement part has to be ordered. If you allow the negative reports to cloud your decision about living here you will miss out.

Yes I was rude and I apologize for that. I have many reasons to like it here, but that does not give me the right to be judgemental. Everyones situation is different, instead of going round and round I am backing off as my opinion of the retreat is mine and mine alone. Sorry for any rudeness and may you find happiness in all of your future endeavors.

Don''t live at this complex, you will hate it. Don't let the nice location fool you. Worst management and treatment of residents. On the other hand if you have no consideration of others, like to play loud music till all hours, let you pet poo-poo all over without cleaning up and park where ever you feel like, then this is the place for you!!
