Nice place to live, I've been here almost 6 mo's and this is home for now. I have not re-upped my lease, so I can't say if the prices go up or not. I'd say for the size of the grassy, dog-walking areas, the place is pretty clean. I have a dog, walk her everyday, and clean up after her. Not everyone does, but its easy to avoid the, umm, stuff because there is a lot of room to walk your dog inside the complex. This is all cool, but recently we had a hostile takeover, or maybe it just felt like that to me. Omni sold the prop to Greystar with no advance notice, it was just a letter on your door on the 31st of May saying 'by the way you have a new manager.' Someone said the maintence guys were creepy under Omni, you should see the new guys. No uniforms, nametags, anything. Just guys in golf carts. They'll need to work on that before they get me to sign another lease.

I live here too and agree 100% about the maintenance guys we now have. If you ask me, they are the creepy ones and they certainly don't do much at all except ride around in the carts all day!! I've asked that we get some more waste bags to pick up after the dogs in the dispenser ... it's been 4 days now! I'll be moving on after my 6 months is up!!
