Cannot Park your Car

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Management allows new residents to bring in a multitude of vehicles without even checking with the current status of the parking situation. Current residents now have to park in the street! Come winter these vehicles parked in the street will be hit by other vehicles when the roads are icy and slick!
