Greystar corporate must be desperate for management, and staff. You will not meet a more worthless management team or a property run so horribly as at the Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain. The plumbing is substandard. Parking, and the lack of enforcement thereof, is some of the worst you will find in Colorado. The maintenance staff could'nt tell you which end of a screwdriver is the business end. Work orders take forever to be completed, and there are no follow up contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Good luck taking your problems to ----- since you will be threatened and talked down to as if you are beneath her. ------------ must be a scared little ----- to allow someone like her to run one of his properties the way she does.

Grow a set of balls -------, pull your head out of the sand, and fix the Retreat as Cheyenne Mountain. The residents deserve better.

I hear that!!! I tried to go to ------------ with my problems, and he said he would call me back in a few days. We waited a month, and no response, and when I called, he was NEVER THERE!!!! ----- has got to be the rudest person in the entire world!! I have never met anyone as cold as her! I feel for her daughter... I would have to kill myself with a mother like that!!!

I have lived at The Retreat for almost a year, and I cant wait to leave. If you ever want to know what its like to live in HELL I strongly suggest this place. It truly does have the worst management in the world, all they care about are manicures and facials. OH and dont plan on having a working toilet for more than a week at a time. It clogs everytime you try to flush a piece of toilet paper. And when you call they will tell you to put the toilet paper in the trash can. I am truly being honest if this was even a remotely good place to live a would tell you so. So here is my suggestion to you, instead of paying for the most expensive appartments in Colorado Springs rent a house for less that is alot nicer than this ---- hole. GOOD LUCK I PRAY YOU WILL MAKE THE RITE DECISION!!!!!! WHICH IS DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
