The break down of the retreat.

Parking- not to bad, always a space close to the apt when all the spaces is filled in front of your building.

Noise- I have not had any issue with noise at all. Once in awhile you hear some things here and there but thats everywhear you go.

Grounds- not bad other then some people need to start picking up after thier dogs. Laundry room on-site i noticed the rasied the price to do your laundry and half of the times the dryers and washer are broken.

Safety- I have never heard any issue. I also was never informed about the break in and the fact someone took all the spare keys to the apts. The gate worked once in a while. Overall there are some people who walk and jog around the complex late at night and there seem to be no issue. I myself use to walk around the complex at night. I think it is a bit safer then you would find anywhere else.

Construction- The only ones i seen was the repavement of the roads,puting in new roofing tiles, and the hot tub other then that, not much going on. I guess some was a well needed upgrades.

Maintenance- They are ok when it comes to fixing your issues.

Staff- I really have not talked to sandy much, but the other people in the office as well as the asit mang. were really nice and helpful when ever i needed help.

Overal- It has a wonderful view, a nice club house and in a very good area, not to close to the crowed places but not to far as well. I think the new management can trun this palce around if they put forth the effort, and maybe there will be another waiting list of people who is waiting to move in.

As for me I moved in around March 06 and moved out May 07 when i was stationed at fort carson. I really never had any issues with this place. As I stated above thats what i feel about the place overal. However i did have some issue with the heating which after looking at alot of other apt places seems to be common. I did noticed the change when the new management came in. Some was ok but for the most it was not for the better. After the old management left i noticed alot of renter was moving out lett and right. I remember when i moved in here this place was full!!! The only thing i really had and issue was the price of rent. I thought that for the smallest one bed apt , the rent was to high, i mean you dont get much room. Even tho the broadmore is down the street I still dont see how the market vaule is what it is. The vaule of the Springs is going down , just drive around the broadmore area and see all the houses for sell. Anyhow I read all the other and just thought i say what i thought
