I moved in in Jan. and it's been a wonderful place for me. I leased my apartment over the phone. The girls in the office gave me great customer service (and I called them all the time to make sure of things, since I did it over the phone.) When I arrived, the girls in the office were ready to help. They moved me in propmtly. My apartment is wonderful. I think these are the best apartments in this area. I have a dog, and I do pick up after him, I think most people do. It's quite here and I feel safe. The gates have worked the entire time I've been here. ( I don't think there is much you can do about people following you in...anywhere you go.)The maint. team seems to be good, but I haven't had to call for anything yet :) I would recommend this place to everyone. Great location, close to everything, nice staff.

They must be desperate for renters. Usually you the retreat makes people fill out lengthy forms etc and meet with the potential tenant to make sure you are 'suitable' to even live there. Usually only ghetto slums take on renters over the phone. Oh wait, that is what the retreat is after you get past the shiney outside. Just goes to show how hard up they are for people to rent there.

i would just like to say to you Mr. Anonymous that some people can NOT make out to the Springs to look at the units. We have no choice. But to call someone a ghetto slum because we rent over the phone- is simply rude. I don't think they are desperate for renters, most of the time, renters constantly move in and out due to the military. And also, apartments should be a stepping stone to a "home owner". I love this apartment and I'm happy that I live here and I did rent over the phone without any problems. The staff was great! Maybe you should reconsider your place of living, But for the rest of us, the place is great!
