We moved in for the second time in July 08. All the girls in the office are super. If anyone says they are not, I am sure it is sour grapes. Some people get mad if they are caught breaking the rules (like having dogs and cats and saying they don't). We have always been treated very nicely by the office staff and maintenance people. Parking is usually readily available and would be even more so if people with garages would park in and in front of them and leave the parking spaces for people without garages. The rent is a bit high but the places are good size and fairly well kept. Besides, everyone knows what the rent is when they move in. My biggest complaint is with the water bills. The grounds are watered 2-3 times a day and water runs down the streets. The bill for the water is split between the residents and last month came to $30 per person. This is alot on top of the other utilities, especially since we have no control over the sprinklers. I would definately be for getting rid of some of the grass. When you couple the utilities with the rent, it makes it pretty steep.

This person is obviuosly one of the people who: *Let their dogs crap everywhere and don't pick it up *Park in front of other peoples garage *Put their trash out on non trash days so it can sit on the curb and fester for days *let their children stomp on the floor all hours of the day and night *Play loud music late at night If you read the reviews all of the remarks are legitimate. It's the people who have no consideration for others and get away with it because the dandy girls in the office do nothing about rule enforcement you know the 20 pages of worthless rules you signed when you moved in...so if people don't like the office staff it's probably because they are a bunch of donothings except suker people into leases - they are SALES people pure and simple. They could care less about the quality of life here

I have no dog or cat or child. I put my trash out at the right times on the right days, do not park in front of other peoples' garages and never play loud music. I don't think things are perfect here, far from it but if you rent, you have to expect less than perfection. The girls in the front office are just doing their jobs.
