This is a beautiful area in COS. My apartment is very quite and most of my neighbors are pretty respectful. The deer run through here all of the time, which is amazing. I love hanging at the pool and I use the gym daily. The office staff always greets me when I'm on my way to the pool or gym, they seem very nice. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems like people just need a place to vent. They are pretty strict here about the rules, but I like that. I only had one problem last winter. I had no hot water or heat for about an hour until the guy came and fixed my heater. He came out on a Sunday afternoon so I felt like a prioraty. I would reccomend this place to anyone.
