Stay Away From This Place!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for almost a year and a half now and can't wait to move. There is a lot of turnover here, residents do not stay here for very long--most people seem to live here while they are waiting for their house to be built (lucky them). The management is absolutely awful---I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. Half the time they aren't even open the hours they are supposed to be---coming and going when they please--very frustrating when you actually have to talk to them about an issue or pick up a package--but then again the ups guy has told me how much he hates them as well because they are never open to accept packages. When you need something to be fixed it takes days before any action is taken--they say they will be right over and two days later unannouced they show up--very unprofessional. When I first moved in my blinds in my bedroom didn't close--and it took them weeks to replace--not to mention one of the managers decided she had to come into my apartment and see for herself because she didn't believe me. The grounds are poorly kept---there is never any parking because everyone around here seems to use their garage for storage--also very frustrating--and this summer the pool was closed about 90% of the time--never once being worked on while the maintenance guys just drive those stupid golf carts around all day doing absolutely nothing except smoking outside the clubhouse with the management--once again, real professional. Oh yeah, I didn't even sign my lease till two weeks after i moved in and then it expired last december and they have never said a word to me---I am happy for this because I plan on getting the hell out of here next month--the actual apartment is nice but everything else about this place sucks!!!!
