The Ridge is a beautiful place! Great location, close to I-25, quick to travel anywhere in the Sprigs. Staff and Maintenance is fast and courteous. I recommend The Ridge to anyone looking for a nice quite place to live for anyone new or old to Colorado Springs!

This is mostly true; however, much will depend on your defintion of noise as well as your neighbors as to how much 'quiet' you are likely to experience. Admittedly this is not something that the property owners or management can really control. They are responsive to noise complaints, but the apt. we are in has noisey neighbors on all sides. There is a "noise curfew" from 10PM to about 8/9AM, but it doesn't seem to be taken very seriously by most of the residents around us who routinely keep very odd and late hours disturbing my rest nearly every night. The property owners would do well to frequently remind renters that their neighbors need to sleep. Probably not everyone here has noisey neighbors. That doesn't do me any good though. One other thing worth noteing is that Rockrimmon is like living on top of a highway. Heavy construction-like vehicles, semis, delivery trucks and general traffic are up and down it constantly with some of the larger trucks causing vibrations through the whole apartment building at times. The apts. are nice though, so if you get lucky and have some decent neighbors that respect noise levels it's not a bad place.
