Water bills are inaccurate From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived here since the complex first opened. Regardless of usage, my water bills are always the same, even when I am out of town on business. It doesn't make a difference to call NW&P (the billing company) or even talking to the front office, no one seems to be able to explain why my bills are always so extreme in usage. You should take into account the cost of water if you decide to move here. If you notice, other residents have posted similar problems on this site, so it isn't an isolated case.
