love it here From: mrjustins@live.com Date posted: 4/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I don't understand these ratings, I have always had such wonderful customer service from every person that works at RidgePointe, any maint. issues I have ever had have been fixed right away the ladies in the office have always been very nice and helpful and nothing but proffessional, so I don't know if these people who write the bad reviews are just missirable, lonley, sad people or what but I love it here.
