decent but not great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   lived here 2 years,1 bedroom and then i moved to a 2 bedroom. Both apts were very very drafty,not energy efficient at all. Heating bill in the winter was ridiculous. They charge you for "community electric" which runs $40/month,just not a justified cost. The 2 bedroom,heat barely went to the 2nd bedroom making that room absolutely freezing in winter time.
