This place is a nightmare...
If you want to live in Mexico, you don't have to go far, here it is. Noisy, dirty, no organization, loud music, nothing is ever fixed, cars get broken into, nobody cares.....Yes let's just live here!!!!

hello anonymous rater, i am cathy, the new manager of rustic hills park apartments. i have read your postings, and i do apologize that you feel that way. if you would like to come into the office regarding your work orders, i assure you everything will be fixed. as far as the mexico complaint, everyone that has moved in here since i have been here, have qualified and have legal employment and valid social security numbers. i cannot deny them an apartment just because they are mexican. i feel that they have a right to live here just as much as everyone else does. when there are noise complaints, we try to respond as efficiently as we can. if you have any other concerns, please feel free to email me directly at rustic@graninc.com sincerely, cathy

Funny how there's so much hate and racism going on against the "--------"! Because I noticed you posted this review in 2005.. and actually I used to live over in the Rustics from 2003-2005 and I assure you that the only people making that place loook bad were all the white gangster wannabes and all the ------! Not the ---------! I recall having seen atleast 10-14 fights in which it was all ------! Not to mention 15-20 fights that involved only whites! Yes.. I did see Hispanic fights.. but nothing close to what ------ or whites alone were in!! NOT EVEN CLOSE!! And if I'm not mistaken.. wasn't "------ knocking" invented there by ------! Where they would knock on windows or doors and run off... after all.. they did call it "------ knocking".. and was obviously ran by ------! How about all the white prostitutes that were well known there from 2003-2005... remember them.. they were all white! And they all spread drugs to the youths in those apartments! Don't tell me you don't remember that! Well .. I know that -------- were all over in those apartments.. but you know what.. they've never hurt anyone! And those apartments would have never been successful without all the rent that the -------- would bring in (and probably still do)! Afterall.. aren't -------- very well known for being the most hard working and actually paying their bills?? It's pathetic what I've hear about the Rustics now.. because now that we're in 2009 everyone that I know keeps saying that they are run by gangster ------! That's right.. the most dangerous human species of them all.. ------!!! I keep hearing about all the graphity.. black prostitues (both men and women), about all the drugs, fights and oh yes.. ------' specialty... ROBBERY!! So you need to quit hating on -------- and worry about the real threat!
