Due to poor property managment By Gran inc.
Managment will not replace or re repair old or outdated items. some carpits or over 20 yrs old, many unit halls ways smell of cat or dog urin. many unit have 2 or more familes in them and many of them are illegal immigrants. Bad Managment ! will often lie at the drop of a pin . Managment company will often lie and never call you back on any problems .
your car will get broken in to about 3 times a yr. and drive by's take place about 3 times a yr.
Managment will spend more time trying to tow your cars then trying to keep the place looking nice.
THE COMPANY CAN'T KEEP ANY MANAGERS FOR MORE THEN 6 MONTHS .

RESPONSE TO SLUM, BAD MANAGEMENT... from the management of rustic hills, apparently you are a disgruntaled tenant that has had a long term tenancy with rustic hills park apartments. we regret that you obviously are very negative about the place you live. im sure that if you come in to the office and fill out a notice to vacate, it won't upset management. rustic hills has put in thousands of dollars a month, on carpets for units and hallways, also on appliances. we are constantly trying to upgrade the property. i, personally, have worked for gran inc for almost 8 years, i have been the manager for this complex,rustic hills park apartments, for well over a year. we really dont want anyone to be this unhappy with their home. hope to hear from you soon.
