To anyone thinking of moving here! Don't run save your money. It's a dump.
Falling a part, Office Staff rude, nasty and a pain to deal with. poor landscaping weeds and no grass, people standing around after 9pm at until 2am drinking and talking loud ever night.
or Standing around all night with the car radios blastng loud with mexican music.

Office staff really will not repair anything the right way, they half do .
Apartments unkept, old and run down. Crappy office Mang. always trying to rase the rent and never wanting to fix anything.
My dad and I are moving to a better place .
This place will rent to anyone even if they have to many people per house hold. Office Staff really don't care as long has they get the rent.
This place is so bad your renter Insur rates will be sky high.
also Police is here every day, and teens and kids are aloud to just run a muck

This plase is a real hell hole and money pit!!. a real total nightmare. and again don't believe a thing from the Mang or office staff in the Office they will tell you anything to get your money.

If you don't thinking I'm tellling the truth!.... Just drive around the place and look how nasty... make sure you come by between 5pm and 2am mon-Sun. and you'll see!... So unless you love the slum or getto don't move here

IF YOU SAY THIS APTS. ARE REALLY GETTO THAN WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING THERE I MEAN IF YOU SAY THE APTS. ARE REALLY DIRTY AND NASTY WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALLED THE COUNTY AND THEY WILL CHECK OUT THE APTS. FOR FREE AND IF THEY AGREE WITH YOU YOU CAN LEAVE THE APT. WITHOUT ANY PENALTY AT ALL I MEAN IF THINK YOU ARE BETTER THAN THE PERSONS WHO LIVE THERE WHY DID YOU MOVE IN TO THE APTS? AND ABOUT THE LOUD MUSIC YOU ARE REFERING THAT ALL -------- DO THAT WELL THEY DON'T AND IF THAT HAPPEN TO YOU WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALL THE POLICE ? WHY DOES IT MATTER TO YOU HAO MANY PERSONS LIVE IN A PAT? IT'S NON OF YOU BUSSINES YOU PAY YOUR RENT AND THEY PAY THERES.
