The Rustic hills park appartments!
i lived there for a year and a half!
Good:
>Huge apartments lots of space, and plenty of storage!
>The management was very nice and they did help me with everything i needed!
> The Grounds i believe were as well kept as they possibly could have been(with the children running all over them)
>for the most part they would fix things ASAP
> i Personaly never had anything stolen or Vandlized but i have seen it to neighbors!


Bad:
What i hated the most was the fact that they have three different exits but two are chaned off ... so you only have one way to get in and out! which really sucks when school gets out cus its right across from a high school!!!!! thats a NIGHTMARE!!!!
and you would think it would be a fire violation
i had to go over 11 speed bumps to get to my apartment!
my neighbors were loud as hell i could hear them up and down the stair all night long and day and music and drunken fights! they had like 3 diff families in that single two bedroom apartment.
During the summer they might as well have a police car there 24/7 cuz thats how much they are ther for a bunch of crap. DV's, Assults,BreakIns etc.
NO DISHWASER! that was alot harder to not have with a baby than i thought it would be!
The same window broke 4 times. just slid out of the railing and broke
I've seen drug Deals in the parking lots and there were always people in the parking lot drinking by there cars!
i could always here people fight!
