Hi! I just moved in on 7/8/2009, with my 2 daughters. We love it here, the apartments are huge! The apartments are clean, and well kept. I live right behind the staircase. I hardly ever hear anyone going up and down the stairs, and they have kids upstairs! Yes as some of the reviews aren't great, but it doesn't matter if there are 3 entrances and 2 are blocked off, I feel much safer that way, so what if we all come and go through the same way who cares! Let me say the management here is very friendly, and very reliable. The outside is well kept, and everyone who lives here seems nice. There are alot of kids here who play outside, so it's homey. What a great deal! How many apts in the springs can you find a nice place to live thats huge, the rents are very reasonable, and you don't have to pay extra for utilities! So come check it out! I finally feel like I've come home, where I can finally get rid of all my boxes and don't have to worry about where we'll move next year!
