Admittedly, the management has changed since my departure, but Fairfield management sucked! The turn-over was terrible and there was only one person there that seemed to care about anyone or anything. The maintenance staff was minimal, but very helpful when the would finally show up.

The spectacular view of the retaining wall reaching far above my 2nd floor apartment was quite a boring site, though I can admit that we had all the privacy that we could want.

We were told that the amenaties were open 24/7/365 when we signed the lease, but soon found out that they were only open from 7am-11pm. The pool and hot tub are open year round, but never kept to the temperatures they claimed.

All in all, I would rather live anywhere but there again, especially at the rent rates they charge. 6 months of free rent on a 12 month lease would not change my mind! Hopefully, for the sake of those still stuck there, the new management will shape it up!
