I jumped on a 3 month free with 1 year lease deal that Sagebrook was running a few months ago. A pretty nice place overall. The location is great, the construction seems to be good (don't hear neighbors), and as far as I can tell, crime seems to be low. The apartments themselves are quite nice and large. Plenty of storage. There's an over-the-oven microwave, but the oven isn't even self-cleaning.
Don't get the fireplace unless you absolutely need one. It's very simple, with not even a tile surround, and puts out almost no heat. I live on the east end of the complex, and parking here is an absolute nightmare. Try to find a parking spot after 6pm, and you'll be parking halfway across the complex. Parking seems to be OK is some parts, like the southwest end, but if you're anywhere near the east end, do yourself a favor and get a garage or you'll be doing lots of walking.

But to sum it up, except for the parking situation, it seems like a pretty good place to live so far.
