Not worth the price From: jhobbs32@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have lived here for three years now. The location is excellent. Nice scenery. Unfortunately I think thats all I am paying for. The office staff is very impersonal unless your paying your rent. The new management company doesnt care about existing tenants. When it was time to renew my lease, the old management company would give me the same deal as new tenants. What do I get now' I free carpet cleaning. Gee thanks. They also tout their high speed internet access with Qwest. Within the last 3 months, Qwest has cut the bandwidth in half. Of course the price is still the same. There is no choice here. You have Qwest for phone, internet and Directv for TV. Adelphia isnt allowed in the complex. I dont like not having any choice. If moving wasnt such a pain, I would be somewhere else.
