My husband and I have lived here for about nine months. We haven't had any real problems, but there are a few annoyances. Our fireplace has never worked (which I guess is ok seeing as they don't let off much heat anyway). When it's really windy outside the gutters outside our bedroom window shake violently and sound like there's a jackhammer outside, making it impossible to sleep. When the apartment below us has their AC or heater on it makes our bathroom floor vibrate. Things on our bathroom counter rattle! It's a cheap (and very annoying) way to get a great foot massage.

On a positive note, all of our neighbors are great. We leave our front door cracked so that our cat can go in and out and we've never had any reason to worry. We've never heard any of our neighbors through the walls...great ventilation. Spacious rooms, ample storage space, garden tub, nice balcony, clean, great location. Personally, we have never had any problems with the management.

Overall we've enjoyed our stay. The only reason we're leaving is because we bought a house.
