I moved in last September to a few issues, which were resolved right away. Though I've had to call twice for every maintenence issue or just stop by the maintenance shed, my problems have been resolved. I love going to to the pool and hot tub (though it has been cold a few times and parents will allow their children to play in it), but overall this is the best complex I've lived in. And I've lived in 4 different states in the last 4 years.
I'll definitely write again after I talk to them about renewing my lease b/c I would like to stay another year if they will not raise my rent!
By the way, my building is in a great location for parking, though I don't have a view of the mountains. But you see those everywhere you go anyway!
