AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
Maintenance is slow to non-existant. Concern for tenants is limited to rent day. Current management would rather turn occupancy for a chance to get a higher rent than service tenants who've paid $60K in rents for the last 4 and a half years.
I currently have a work order that's been open for 3 weeks and had my carpet lifted off the floor drying (for a week) after the pipes from the hot water heater leaked through the wall (second time)
