We also had our hot water heater leak and ruin everything! OUr insurance adjuster had to get ivolved because the office said we were responsible. The parking is horrible, and people zoom through the complex. Dogs mess everywhere and the office does not enforce their pet poop policy. They talk behind your back (I have heard them bad mouth residents after they have left the office - VERY unprofessional!) and are only concerned with raking in the money. They offer no concessions or discounts to long term renters. Walls are paper thin too! They have some kind of kick back going with the cable and phone, so you are basically screwed there too! Rent a house or a different apt, but stay away from SageCROOK!
