Still don't believe the negatives

Thank you kind sir, but I do not work at Sagebrook. If I did, I probably couldn't afford to live there.
I really was just so shocked at the review, I had to speak out!
A month or two to fix things' Ridiculous. I have had two things break...my towel rack in the bathroom and the toilet. They were fixed within two days. I even called because I couldn't reach the light bulb in the dining room and didn't have a ladder. They came the same day and changed the bulb for me, for nothing.
When I moved in almost two years ago, the maintenance men came over and gave me tips on how to save money on my electric bill.
Once I went out to the hot tub and it wasn't working and the girl in the office tried everything she could to remedy the situation, but it was a weekend and the maintenance guys weren't around.
I even chatted with one of my friends who also lives at Sagebrook. We work together and HE couldn't believe the negative comments. He also loves living there and was shocked at the supposed experiences.
Now, that's not to say that people can't have bad experiences. People are human, and have bad days and make mistakes. Sometimes, I'm sure things fall through the cracks. No one and no place is perfect.
But some of the complaints here seem so outlandish based on my own experiences at this complex. Believe me, I would have been long gone if it was as bad as these few disgruntled folks make it out to be.
