My husband and I have been here for just over a year, and we are considering signing a new lease... However they have sent us a notice saying it will be increaced by over $30. Whatever,

I've read a lot of the reviews and complaints and I really think it depends on what side of the complex you live on, we don't have to bad of a problem with parking but I can definately see how it is a problem on the other side though.

One thing I really hate is the fact that we have to have quest, you have no other option. And you know all of those commercials quest has where you can "bundle" EVERYTHING, Phone, Internet, Direct TV for around $100' Well you can't do that here you have to pay for everything seperately because the apartments signed some BS contract with Direct TV and they won't agree to bundle.

We haven't had any problems with heating, or air conditining or anything falling apart so we haven't had to deal with maintenence to much. Although once our garbage disposal had stopped working they let themselves in while my husband and I were SLEEPING. Even though we specifically requested them not to come in if we didn't answer. (We both work at night and sleep during the day). However there are two dead bolts, one cannot be unlocked from the outside, we are just used to locking one though.

The hot tub has NEVER worked, Like i said we've been here over a year and I've seen it up maybe twice. The workout room is small and the treadmill is a piece. The pool is usually in decent condition though.

The office girls are very snotty and sometime hard to deal with, but we haven't had much interaction.

For the most part the complex is decently quiet. However we live on the corner, and our only neighbor is an elderly man. I do hear the stupid college kids come through a couple times a night with thier bass blasting though.

They also just recently opened a bar across the street and on friday and saturday nights there are A LOT of people walking around. And they play very loud LOUD music, I can't hear it but I think some of the neighboring buildings can.

Overall its not the worst place you could live, definately not the best though. We are just to lazy to move from our third story.
