I have lived here for over a year and can't say it has been a good experience. I like the Briargate location, but there are far better apartment complexes in the surrounding area. I have many issues with my apartment, but the standout fault that annoyes me to no end is the horrible insulation it has. The wind blows straight through my windows as if the windows aren't even there and I've even had snow come in underneath the doors. The water heating system is another annoyance of mine. Water takes forever to heat up. Sagebrook tries to sell itself as a luxury apartment complex yet it's pretty easy to tell everything here was made using the cheapest possible materials. It looks okay, but for a luxury apartment it isn't very luxurious. On the plus side, the maintenance guys have all been very friendly and usually responded quickly and adequately. The management team on the other hand has been less responsive and seem to change on a week to week basis without ever really improving. They will welcome you with a smile at the door, but that's about if of expecting anything out of them. Colorado Springs isn't a big city and I do not expect the same type of features an apartment complex in a larger city would offer me, but this is just all around poor. I suggest checking out Bella Springs which is located nearby as a better alternative.
