I have lived here for a year and have not had the best experience. The day I moved in my dishwasher leaked the water from an entire washing all over the floor, the toilet clogged, and there was no hot water the next morning! Welcome to Sagebrook!

Throughout the year I have had to put in multiple maintenance requests for a repeatedly clogged toilet and shower, and for a lack of hot water and heat. Most of these requests were not responded to in a reasonable amount of time. (Unless you enjoy a week of cold showers...)

I am currently preparing to move out this month and in the past two weeks we have had extensive water problems, including a pipe coming unattached under the bathroom sink and causing damages and mold to my things and the cabinetry. For how new this place is and what you pay in rent, I would not expect such problems. I can't wait to get to my new apartment (elsewhere) and I'm hoping that nothing else breaks in the
next week!
