Dishwasher leaks allot!! so Does under the sink so we keep a big bowl under the sink for the leaking and maintenance has come here to fix it twice and is still broken and we had problems with the fridge when we moved in. They have a contract with Gquest/Direct tv and they have horrible overprice services which you have to make over a year contract with, makes no sense if u are planning to have a short lease with the apartment then your ----ed with the Gquest services we been living here for 6 months now with no Cable and we got a none contract internet service with Gquest for $60 month and it ------- sucks we get like 1meg for $60 Now the Cable you need to get a Dish then if you live on the 3rd floor you need to hire someone else to install it because Direct tv wont ''risk'' there Techs to install it .Neighbors are -------s someone call human society on our dog because it was barking 1 day and we got a fine and if you go to the pool to have a swim people around you on the chairs will stare at you, you wont have a comfortable swim specially if your brown,(i am)Overall this place sucks.
