It's amazing to me that people will always complain about the bad stuff but not enough people get on here to say good things. I guess this is just a venting space. BUT, I LOVE SAGEBROOK. They have new owners and management as of July and things around here are getting pretty cool. They have completely redone the landscaping and they are adding a whole new look to the place with the remodel of both the clubhouse and leasing offices. We also just got brand new fitness equipment which is pretty awesome. Yes, they do have a crappy contract with Qwest and DirecTV but who cares. You still get TV. Maintenance is lacking at times but if you get to talk to Bill (supervisor) he will correct things immediately. The girls at the office are very nice and will try to help as much as possible. There is one spot that rotates a lot but Nikki and Amanda are pretty cool girls to help out. You will def. want to deal with them because the other person is always new and does not know as much. I just wanted to let people know that it is actually a great place and you have to take everything with a grain of salt.
