Parking on the southeast side of the building is terrible. Usually around 8 p.m. all the spots in front and the out lots are filled leaving you trekking further than you would have if they just assigned two spots to every tenant! Frequently I have noticed the handicap spots filled by non-handicap signed vehicles if that helps give any indication about how little parking there is.
I do believe that the parking issue is in large part due to the fact that there is no assigned parking spaces and that often times there are noisy parties by the tenants in the same building as ours. Expect to hear noisy neighbors at night if you live here and I don't think its due to any one tenant specifically.
Also, there has been much said about the contract with DirectTV and Qwest. Had I known in advance that Qwest services their internet with their SLOWEST SPEED package (1.5 mbps) I would have never, ever chosen this place. Its one thing to be serviced by one individual company, its another to not have choice in the types of service you would normally get if you lived elsewhere. Also, if you're an HD fan, DirectTV WILL NOT support HD. From what we were told, the Sagebrook management doesn't want to ruin the aesthetics of the building by running wires down the side of the building to give such service. So... expect limited services when it comes to data and entertainment services.
With that being said, for the amount you pay in rent at Sagebrook, I am not giving this place the best of reviews because of the aforementioned limitations and parking situation. I was told there wasn't a parking problem when I was signing the lease and was never told that there was a limitation on internet service before or after I signed the lease though I knew the only service was through Qwest only.
Oh well. Just means I will be shopping for a new place when this lease is up!
