Sooooo it?s been two years we are still here. What do we think'' We still like the apartment, very minimal problems with the apartment itself. It will always be a beautiful apartment. When we had an emergency the maintenance staff was here very fast. We do not hold high opinion of the new staff, which changed in the fall of 2003. The apartment building has been covered with graffiti, which is a shame since it is still very new as well as no one picks up the pet feces. By the way the apartment graffiti is still here after two years. Also, no one finished the landscaping so there areas which are covered in weeds. We have several white trash neighbors with more than 3 cars which do not run, but parking is still okay. For the price the apartment is still a better value than any other on the market. Comparable apartments are going for $1100 a month. We will be moving shortly, but the two main reasons for that are 1. We are buying a house and 2. We won?t be getting a deal to stay.



What a pleasent, wonderful, caring staff! Beautiful well kept grounds. Best value out there. We were ready to sign a lease before seeing the apartment. We live in one of the smallest apartments in the complex and yet it is bigger than our two bedroom in our last apartment. All new apartments. Crown molding, garden tub, washer and dryer. The best thing is the walls are not the typical flat white paint. The kitchens are big and bright, nothing boring or typical here! The walls and floors are insulated well, just try to hear your neighbors. I would love to reccomend these apartments. I'll never live in another apartment.
