The owner (not the manager) is a real jerk. And don't let the "secured entrance" fool you. The locked gate doesn't mean anything. People still can, and do, jump the fence and knock on the back door to get someone to let them in. And the neighboring complex had 4 gun (firefights) when I was there. And the Police Helicopter was constantly hovering overhead. It's not a safe area, for anybody, at all. The A/C never cooled the apartment, and the heat felt like it was always on. We had our thermostat all the way off, and the apartment was still almost 85 degrees. I really recommend second-guesses when it comes to renting from these people.
