	Just an all-round terrible place to live. Stove breaks, well you better know how to fix it yourself because maintenance is non-existent. Obnoxious neighbors partying at all times of the night and management fails to do anything about it. And ... more

	I've lived here for nearly 2 years now and so far so good, Management is quick to respond to any of our maintenance needs. Office staff is very friendly rent is a great for the space we get.

	Great Community for the money , We hear the muisc at night sometimes but usually quite by bedtime. Staff so very nice , no bugs, no break in's with our car and pretty quite outside at night.
