Spring Canyon Apartments

Problems with Spring Canyon that can be fixed!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Having lived at Spring Canyon for a few years I can only complain of a few problems. Whenever some required maintenance is scheduled, little or no advance notification is given. These kinds of maintenance usually requires the moving of cars and trucks. (Creating an even bigger parking problem) I would prefer that more times is given (at least a week) for notification of all scheduled maintenance. Noise level is another thing. People close their front doors hard (breezeway doors too)! Other sounds from adjoining apartments are apparent too (closing of drawers and cabinets). Tenants are loud with their music. Especially when the bump their bass in their cars!!! Management can't seem to keep these offenders in check!! And lastly, snow and ice removal is terrible at times. Shaded areas are the worst.
