not so great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   the actual apartment is pretty nice inside. having a washer and dryer is a definite plus. unfortunately the walls are so thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do! i have complained in the past to the management about how loud the neighbors are, but they don't seem to do anything about it. it's unfortunate, but noise issues are not taken seriously here. as far as parking goes, if you have one car, you'll be fine as you have one carport assigned to you. if you have two cars, forget it! the lack of parking is a big problem. sonja, the manager, is very nice and friendly on the plus side.
